Srpski језик Recently, our company welcomed a customer from Australia who visited our factory for an on-site inspection and product acceptance. The customer focused on inspecting two units three-axle flatbed semi-trailers. After completing all rigorous tests, the trailers successfully passed inspection and are ready to be loaded onto a ship for Sierra Leone.
Transparent Process of Inspection.
This customer has long been involved in cross-border logistics and heavy transport, and has extremely high requirements for vehicle quality and reliability. Upon arrival, the customer thoroughly inspected the two flatbed semi-trailers in the production workshop.
During the inspection, the customer focused on key components such as the main beam structure, suspension system, axle configuration, and tire condition. Our technical staff accompanied and explained in detail the steel selection, welding processes, and overall vehicle painting, allowing the customer to intuitively understand the manufacturing standards and quality control processes for each vehicle. The customer also personally verified the vehicle's load-bearing capacity and adaptability, expressing approval of the overall workmanship and attention to detail.
Tailor-made to meet the demands of complex road conditions in Africa
Sierra Leone is a crucial logistics hub in West Africa. Roads in and around the mining areas are mostly gravel and muddy, with particularly challenging conditions during the rainy season. Ordinary flatbed semi-trailers are prone to problems such as main beam deformation, accelerated tire wear, and suspension failures during long-term heavy-load transport, severely impacting transport efficiency.
To address the specific operating environment in Sierra Leone, our technical team specifically optimized the configuration of these two flatbed semi-trailers: using thickened main beams made of high-strength low-alloy steel to ensure uniform stress distribution and effectively cope with bumpy conditions and heavy loads; equipping them with a heavy-duty suspension system, high-quality axles, and wear-resistant tires, significantly improving the vehicles' passability and reliability under complex road conditions. The client stated that the high-configuration, low-failure-rate vehicles better meet the long-term operational needs of the African market.
Smooth Departure, Boosting Logistics in Africa
After comprehensive inspection and verification, the two flatbed semi-trailers have successfully passed acceptance and have now undergone professional sea freight packaging—the entire vehicle has been waxed and covered with tarpaulins for protection against sea salt spray corrosion, ensuring the equipment is delivered intact. The vehicles are about to depart for Sierra Leone, where they will be primarily used for short-distance transshipment and cross-border transportation of mining materials, containers, and engineering equipment.
This on-site acceptance inspection by our Australian customer not only affirms the quality of our products but also further expands our business footprint in the African market. Moving forward, we will continue to adhere to high standards and stringent requirements to provide even better products and services to our global customers.
