DERUN AUTO GROUP, a leading Chinese supplier of heavy-duty commercial vehicles, recently hosted a distinguished client from the Republic of Chad at its headquarters in Qingdao. The high-level visit focused on finalizing a significant procurement contract for multiple SHACMAN vehicles, marking a strategic step in deepening the Group’s footprint in the Central African market.

The Chadian client, representing a prominent logistics and energy transportation company, engaged in extensive discussions with DERUN’s international sales and technical teams. The negotiations centered on a proposed order for two units of SHACMAN fuel tanker trucks, alongside one SHACMAN tractor head and a matching fuel tanker semi-trailer, forming a comprehensive transportation solution.

Throughout the talks, both parties conducted a thorough technical review of the vehicle specifications, including the tanker trucks' safety features, the tractor's powertrain performance, and the compatibility of the semi-trailer to meet Chad's demanding infrastructure conditions.
